Additional Fees

Fees that may be added to the standard cost of inspection:

• $45 for each extra heating or cooling system, crawl space, or electrical panel.
• $35 for each extra room over 8 main rooms and 3 bathrooms.
• $150 cancellation fee without 24 hours notice.
• Reinspections start at $229 minimum.
• Prices may be higher if travel time exceeds one (1) hour.
• New Jersey now requires duplicate radon testing in every real estate transaction for detection devices other than CRMs.

*Condo inspection does not include exterior or multi-levels. If an exterior inspection or more than one floor is required to be inspected, Townhouse prices will apply.

Pre-Inspection Agreement

Our computerized Home Inspection Report was developed to present a concise, but complete summary of the results of your Home Inspection. The Report is free from the sort of technical language and remarks many homebuyers find bewildering.

You are urged to attend the inspection and accompany our inspector during the examination of the home. The information you gain will be of great value to you.
